 Professional Carpet Cleaning Burntwood

Step 1: Pre-Inspection

The Professional Carpet Cleaning Burntwood experience starts with a proper and thorough pre-inspection survey. Alan will inspect your particular areas of carpet and take into consideration any particular areas of concern you may have. The pre inspection includes 2 tests. A PH test to ensure the correct cleaning methods are used and a burn test. This will identify the exact carpet fibre.

Step 2 – Furniture Moving

Sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully moved. Larger pieces such as dressers, sofas and tables are carefully with our carpet slider system. Furniture will be protected with disposable blocks and tabs.

Step 3 – Dry Soil Extraction

We then thoroughly vacuum your carpet – This step is to remove the bonded dry soil. Up to 85% of the Dirt is removed with this step. Dry soil is removed by thorough professional dry vacuuming. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in cleaning, one that we take very seriously.

Step 4 – Pre-Spray & Agitation

Traffic areas and spots are pre-treated with a pre-spray for more effective soil and spot removal. Then using a Sebo Duo rotating double brush machine carpet cleaning system we brush the solution into all the fibres to loosen the stains and soilings.

Step 5 – Extract & Rinse

Once the soil has been loosened, our state-of-the-art hot water extraction process will thoroughly flush the carpet pile with an rinsing agent. Pressure and heat are regulated so that carpet is not over-wet. We clean with water which thoroughly cleans but also has the added benefit of killing and eliminating any bacteria, viruses, bugs and dust mites. This process cleans the base of the carpet and not just the surface, like most DIY machines.

Step 6 – Post Spot Treatment

If any spots, or stains are not removed during this comprehensive cleaning process, then Alan will use speciality spotting techniques to remove these. Note: Permanent stains identified by us may not be possible to remove.

Step 7 – Carpet Drying

We will ensure fast drying times with our carpet drying machine. This blows along the surface of the carpet to quicken the drying process.

Step 8 – Post Grooming

The carpet pile is raked for faster drying and visual appeal.

Step 9 – Post Inspection

We then invite you to walk through your home or business alongside us and inspect our work.
